Privacy Policy for SnoreDoc

This Privacy Policy explains how AppLabs Interactive ("we", "us") handles information in connection with SnoreDoc. We keep things simple and collect as little as possible.
1. Data collection
SnoreDoc is designed to work with a minimal amount of personal data and does not require an account. Most data you create in the app — such as workouts, progress and settings — stays on your device. We do not sell your personal data.
2. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand how the app is used — for example, which features are popular and where errors occur. Google Analytics assigns an anonymous identifier (an app instance ID) to your install; this is not your name or email. Analytics data is processed by Google and used in aggregate to improve the app. You can find your anonymous analytics identifier in the app and request its deletion at any time (see “Your choices” below).
3. Crash diagnostics
The app uses Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to detect and diagnose crashes. This is an essential function that helps us keep the app stable. When a crash occurs, Crashlytics collects diagnostic information such as the type of crash, a stack trace, the device model and operating system version, and an anonymous installation identifier. This crash data does not identify you personally and is used solely to fix problems.
4. Purchases & subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, with subscription status managed through RevenueCat. Payment details are processed by Apple and Google and are never stored by us. RevenueCat links your purchases to an anonymous purchase identifier so we can unlock the features you've paid for.
5. Third-party services
SnoreDoc relies on the following third-party services to function. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:
- Google Analytics 4 — Product analytics — to understand feature usage and improve the app
- Firebase Crashlytics — Crash diagnostics — essential for detecting and fixing app crashes
- RevenueCat — Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Apple App Store — App distribution and payment processing on iOS
- Google Play — App distribution and payment processing on Android
6. Your choices
You can erase on-device data at any time via Settings → Reset data in the app, or by deleting the app. To request deletion of analytics or purchase data held by our providers, see our data deletion page. Where required by law, you may also request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
